And two announcements: First, I've just added to our schedule the Pacific Guitar Festival on February 22, it offers a guitar competition with six categories from age 9 to adult, for more information contact Vasil Chekardzhikov at the number or email shown in the listing.

Second, David Adele is looking for players in his Santa Ana College Guitar Ensemble which meets on Saturday afternoons. The new semester begins on February 22, you can contact David at davidsadele@gmail.com. For those who've never been part of an ensemble, it's a uniquely wonderful opportunity to improve your performance and reading skills, as well as to meet other enthusiastic guitarists.
