Pepe Romero offers a master class at USC Tuesday (tonight), free to auditors, and on Saturday Gregory Newton and friends appear as part of the Los Angeles Valley College Concert Series in Valley Glen. The action-packed San Diego Guitar Festival will take place over the next two weekends offering a variety of concerts, master classes and workshops with the likes of David Russell, Paul Galbraith, Paul O'Dette, Vladimir Gorbach and Thomas Viloteau, an amazing lineup! And Galbraith is also presenting a separate recital in El Cajon next Monday, he's worth a serious drive from Orange County. (Peter Yates' Thursday concert at UCLA has been cancelled, and the Nicholas Goluses event in Malibu on Sunday afternoon is waiting-list only at this point.)
