The Orange County Guitar Circle's monthly meeting this Saturday at Chapman will be a Members' Showcase, the program has been posted on our website. Come to enjoy the beautiful music and to meet your fellow members...and if you'd like to reserve a slot to perform in our last Showcase of this season on May 19th contact our Showcase Director James Chiang.

It's a busy week for other guitar events, USC presents its Guitar Studio Ensemble Recital on Monday evening, and its stellar Classical Guitar program offers their department recital on Thursday, both free. The San Diego Guitar Festival begins on Friday and runs for two weekends, it includes a number of concerts, recitals, lectures, Master Classes and a Vendor Fair, many of the events are free. And on Sunday afternoon Boris Andrianov (cello) and Dimitri Illarionov (guitar) offer a free duo recital in Fullerton under the auspices of the Fullerton Friends of Music.
