Complicated schedule this week... Thursday noon at USC Alexander Dunn offers a Master Class, free for auditors, and on Saturday evening he performs in recital at Cal State Northridge. On Friday evening at USC the always wonderful Adam del Monte presents a student showcase, a classical music recital for students in USC's Guitar Studio program, also free to the public. Saturday at mid-day Mak Grgic offers a Master Class in Santa Monica as part of the L.A. International Guitar Series, and on Sunday evening he joins Mateusz Kowalski (guitar) and Martin Chalfour (violin) for a trio recital in L.A.; his Master Class is free to auditors, but you need to go through the process of buying a ticket. And on Saturday evening the renown Spanish guitarist/composer Jose Antonio Rodriguez offers a recital at Boulevard Music in Culver City, preceded by a Flamenco workshop.
