Our
2010-2011 season begins on September 18th with an appearance by the 2009
GFA winner
Florian
Larousse.
|
22-year
old Larousse has already dazzled audiences on multiple continents. He
began learning guitar at the age of 8 and has studied with such luminaries
as Judicaël
Perroy and Roland Dyens. His
first prize in the Guitar Foundation of America’s 2009 competition has
earned him a 9-month concert tour of the United States, including a
performance at Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall in New York, as well as
concerts in Brazil, Canada, China, and Mexico.
